Educational Coaching

I coach staff at different points in their careers and have a great deal of experience in transformational interventions for those struggling in the classroom.

I coach senior leaders and particularly Deputy Heads and Headteachers in reviewing and planning.

I also offer coaching training onsite to all staff in order to introduce a programme of coaching conversations for enhanced practice and performance development through CPD.
